D StrehlowDecember 29, 2024I wish all these main tournaments were shown on TV so the people that follow tournaments could see how these games play out by each player. There are a lot of poker player that never know how these games go. It could be on a no name channel it don’t have to be on a prime time channel. Just a thought.

AnhDecember 28, 2024WSOP didn’t reward anything. They are the host and paid out rewards using players money after taking their own cuts. This article make it sounds like WSOP paying but the fact is they are very profitable because the cuts were usually 10-15% plus fees.

ShawnDecember 27, 2024The “Casino Employee” event is the best one. $500 buy in with a single rebuy option and the players all mostly chill because they work in the industry. Lasts two days, I almost made it to the end of Day One last time.

DCDecember 26, 2024This has nothing to do with the WSOP, but read it anyway. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PLAYERS CARD IN A SLOT MACHINE! We have the Caesar’s Reward Visa card and use it to accumulate points throughout the year and use the points for our room charge when we check out. Hubs left his players card in a machine, realized it too late and got a new card. But some a**hat took the card left in the machine and used the points to purchase food at another Caesars food hall. Luckily, Hubs noticed the new card showed 7000+ points less and went to the rewards center to find out why. A freeze was put on his players card while this is being investigated. But why are the reward points from a credit card so easily accessible from a rewards card? And why aren’t the employees asking for ID for verification?
